Q. Can I customize the Spa Package so it adapts to my company (which is not a Spa)? I like all the benefits, esp. the Master Marketing Schedule and you sending out the E-mails to my clients but I am a weight loss center only ....

A. Yes we can. We developed the package specifically for Spas but we are happy to accommodate you as well.  We will be happy to talk to you and work out the details.

Q. What is the contract period required to receive the entire marketing package you quote in the promotion called "Complete Spa Marketing Package"?

A. We recently reduced this from a one year to a six month commitment. As of 2.1.2009 the required commitment is Six Months.

Q. Are there any other fees associated with getting started on the Complete Spa Marketing Package? We were quoted $795 for the first month as the only fee

A. That is correct. Only the first month is required. However, since it may take up to 3 weeks to perform the SEO, Site make over and install the forms and prepare your new E-marketing database, you can safely plan on depositing the $795 (for the first month) and then we will not bill you again until the second month's services are due. The first month's service will not begin until the work outlined in the package is performed.

Q. What if I do not need an SEO or Site make over? Can I save any money?

A. As this seems to be a common question, we can offer you your first month's service for free if there is no need for the SEO or Site make over. We will still create the database and install the forms on your Site, prior to taking it live on our servers. Obviously, we will be ahppy to setup your E-mail addresses and perform the 1st month's 4 hour maintenance as well!

Q. I like my host, can I stay with them?

A. You certainly can stay with your existing host and transfer your site (if you like) to us at any time. We do not require that your Site to be hosted with us in order for you to take part in our Spa Marketing Packages. Please note however the key benefits of hosting with us and consider moving your Site to our servers at your convenience. There is no charge associated with moving your Site to our servers.

Q. My clinic has three Web Sites (one for each location). What are your recommendations for adapting them to your marketing package?

A. 1st your company can have as many locations as you want listed on your Web Site at no additional charge. But if you actually have three "Separate Web Sites", we will need to review how your Sites are setup and how they are being marketed to fully answer your question. However, we provide support for up to three locations (Separate Web Sites) under one plan on our "Complete Spa Marketing  Package", so it sounds like you are covered in the $795 plan without any problems.

The only limitations for multiple Sites are as follows:

Q. What areas do you provide service for the Spa Marketing Package?

A.In the US, Canada, the UK and anywhere we have a server, See our list here. Please keep I mind that if you require a Spa Web Site and Marketing package in any language other than English, there may be a slight delay in the time required to complete the Site. You can typically expect for it to take one additional week to complete unless it is Spanish or English. Spanish and English Sites typically finish within two weeks.

Q. What about additional development time beyond the four hours included in the package? How much will it cost me per hour if I need you guys for more than the four hours per month?

A. Not as much as you would expect. Actually, it depends on the contract terms. Example: we charge 20% less for "Additions" (which is what we call extra time above the contracted time) to customers with 1 year or multi-year terms than we do for short term contract (like the six month contract available). If you are already a customer, please E-mail your contact person for the exact amount.
