A. That is correct. Only the first month is required. However, since it may take up to 3 weeks to perform the SEO, Site make over and install the forms and prepare your new E-marketing database, you can safely plan on depositing the $795 (for the first month) and then we will not bill you again until the second month's services are due. The first month's service will not begin until the work outlined in the package is performed.

A. You certainly can stay with your existing host and transfer your site (if you like) to us at any time. We do not require that your Site to be hosted with us in order for you to take part in our Spa Marketing Packages. Q. My clinic has three Web Sites (one for each location). What are your recommendations for adapting them to your marketing package?
A. 1st your company can have as many locations as you want listed on your Web Site at no additional charge. But if you actually have three "Separate Web Sites", we will need to review how your Sites are setup and how they are being marketed to fully answer your question. However, we provide support for up to three locations (Separate Web Sites) under one plan on our "Complete Spa Marketing Package", so it sounds like you are covered in the $795 plan without any problems.
The only limitations for multiple Sites are as follows:
- The contact forms point to the same database,
- The three Sites are owned by the same entity.
- That the Sites are hosted on our servers (so we can update them quickly and without any access restrictions from a separate host.
Then, you can share the monthly benefits of the four hours Web Design as well as the Master Marketing Schedule between multiple locations (Web Sites) without incurring any additional fees.
Have more than three locations? No problem. Just contact us here for a quote to handle all of the locations and please be sure to include the Web Site addresses.

You can typically expect for it to take one additional week to complete unless it is Spanish or English. Spanish and English Sites typically finish within two weeks.

A. Not as much as you would expect. Actually, it depends on the contract terms. Example: we charge 20% less for "Additions" (which is what we call extra time above the contracted time) to customers with 1 year or multi-year terms than we do for short term contract (like the six month contract available). If you are already a customer, please E-mail your contact person for the exact amount.
